Each User may hold only one registered account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: ary999 operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity, age and address of users. You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ary999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You agree that you will not use the platform to:

• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under applicable local, national or international law.
• Use automated tools, bots, scripts or other software to place bets, scrape data or manipulate platform systems.
• Engage in any form of arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds in a manner that exploits promotional terms contrary to their stated purpose, or any other practice designed to circumvent the platform's normal commercial operation.
• Conduct, facilitate or launder any proceeds derived from illegal activity through the platform.
• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ary999 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, planned maintenance, technical faults and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary interruptions. ary999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

All account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the operator and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or telecommunications disruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.

• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
• The conduct, statements or actions of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other payment service.
• Any decision or action taken by a User based on information, odds or content displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ary999's liability for matters which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ary999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary product rules.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or match manipulation.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined by the operator's inactive account policy.
• Any request or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Where required to protect the platform's integrity or financial security.

Upon termination of an account, any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus funds and pending compliance holds will be returned to the User via an appropriate verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
